Proxy Parenting Role

Near Escrick, York

14th – 20th June

(Ad hoc babysitting in the lead up to the full week)

 

Looking for candidates relatively local to the family.

 

2 children aged 3 years and 7 years old

 

The duties for this role would include everything connected to managing the children and the house whilst the parents are away.

 

The 7 year old is at primary school and the 3 year old at nursery – the nanny would need to do school/nursery drop off and pick up.

 

Childcare – all usual duties required throughout the week – meals, laundry, organising school things, after school activities, bath/bedtime routines.

 

House – laundry, clearing up after themselves, cooking, tidying, grocery shopping as required.

The family have a cleaner.

 

The family are looking for a patient, fun and engaging nanny who is able to join in with and encourage activities that both children enjoy. They would like someone who is able to make the children feel safe, comfortable and relaxed.

 

Driver required with own car – family home is in a rural location

Dog and cat would need feeding, letting in/out etc

Family have horses and chickens – no care required for these
